Shipping from the Turks & Caicos is not as easy as you’d like to imagine but with a bit of maneuvering and sometimes some patience the below two options have proven effective.

ORDER STATUS
Once your order is placed you will receive an email notification of your purchase.
When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number so you can check on your package.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your Beach Kandi goodies. But if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase after receiving it, it may be exchanged or returned for a beach-kandi.com merchandise credit.
Please contact us via email within 14 days following the receipt of your purchase.
All returns must be in original, unused condition.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We cannot accept returns on merchandise purchased through a distributor/retailer/vendor. Please contact the distributor/retailer/vendor directly.
