I am so happy to welcome you to my website, and even more so that you made it here to my musings.

Honestly, this new website is long overdue but balancing life – mommy duties, family and friendships, work, creating, learning and of course taking time to relax, explore and enjoy little things – can be quite a bit.

Last year, 2020, we were all forced to slow down – our lives as we knew it changed in many ways. But as much as things have changed and I’ve had to reassess my reality, I’m so grateful to be here in the Turks and Caicos Islands still doing what I love and still able to share it with you.

Creating beautiful things has always been my passion, but the inspiration from an environment so stunning and serene turned pastimes and passions into a small business. Ideas flowed freely and I began creating items to share some of the island magic.

I imagine one of the reasons you’re even reading this is because the Turks and Caicos Islands has a special place in your heart, as it does mine.

When I first came here in 2007, I fell in love. This incredible island paradise was unlike any other – I thought, this is a place where writers would write their best books and artists could create their masterpieces. I am so lucky to be able to say I’ve created a souvenir book as well as some beautiful works of art (jewellery, and other things) and hoping my best is still to come.

Looking back, I never imagined this is where life would take me, but here I am – navigating my small business through the challenges of a global pandemic, still seeing beauty in simple things, still excited to create, curate and share.

Most of my creations are inspired by the island’s pristine beauty – especially the stunning turquoise waters, my love of adventure and exploring, and the desire to add a bit more sunshine to life and the world when it seems to be waning.
